Team cost for Golf & Dinner: $200 (includes tax)
Cost for an extra Dinner: $30 (includes tax)
To register, a $200 non-refundable team deposit is required for the team, and the event is rain or shine.  Cancellation will solely be at Evergreen’s discretion due to extreme weather such as snow cover or lightning.
