What is proper attire at Evergreen Golf Club?

Are there any local rules?
• Out of bounds- white stakes, fences bordering course paved roads, and left side of #3 South Course and creek.
• Lateral Hazards- red stakes
• Water Hazards- yellow stakes
• Immovable Obstructions- planting beds, water pipes, cart paths...ball may be lifted to the nearest point of relief and hit within one club length without penalty.

Do you have any on course yardage markers?
• Small flag on stick indicates pin locations. Bottom=Front, Middle=Middle, Top=Back
• Yardage markers in fairway indicate yardage to the middle of the green. Red-100yd, White- 150yd., Blue- 200yd.

What is your pace of play?
Keep immediately behind the group in front of you. If you are holding up play, you may be asked to skip holes or leave the course. 18 hole time limit is 4 hours and 30 minutes.

Carry on beverage rules?
No carry on beverages are allowed.

Are motorized carts required?
Yes and No. Carts are required weekends and Holidays before 3pm and by all outings. During our Winter season (Oct. 22 on until Spring), carts are not required.

How many people can you seat for a banquet?
It depends on the type of table set up you would need and whether you need a head table or not. If you don’t need any special set up, we can comfortably seat up to 250.

The Evergreen Room & The PUB:

Do you take reservations for your Friday Fish Fry?
We only take reservations for groups of 8 or more. If your group is less than 8 people, when you arrive give the hostess your name and you will be seated as soon as possible. You can wait in The PUB at Evergeen or on our outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. The Lakes Area's famous all-you-can-eat Fish Fry is served 4:30pm - 9:00pm every Friday through November 30rd, 2007...and then starts back up again January 11, 2008. Can I get a carryout on the Fish Fry?
Yes, but you have to place the order in person when you arrive – most orders will be filled in 10 minutes or less.

Is The PUB open for lunch?
YES, daily 11am - 3pm overlooking the golf course and daily specials are offered. Hours can vary seasonally, please call ahead.

Is smoking allowed in the clubhouse?
Our clubhouse is smoke-free, however smoking is allowed onThe Patio overlooking the course and grounds.
